Hours of Operation
We are open 7 days/week for your convenience! We have office hours, which indicate the time you can stop by to shop or make an appointment.  During office hours, our spa coordinators are available to assistance you.  The appointment hours indicate when you can schedule any of our services.  We can usually accommodate walk-in's Tuesday-Saturday.  

Monday office hours: 10am-3pm (open till 6pm during holidays)
Monday appointments: 10am-6pm

Tuesday- Saturday office hours: 9:30am-7pm
Tuesday appointments: 9am-8pm

Sunday by appointment only: 10am-3pm
The spa office is closed on Sundays.  If you have made an appointment for Sunday, you must call on Saturday, 24 hours before your appointment time, to avoid a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Policy
Due to the popularity and demand for Spa Therapy services, we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation. We will require a credit card to hold your reservation. If you have booked an appointment, a 24 hour cancellation notice is required. You may be held responsible for a fee of 50% of your cancelled service if you have failed to give 24 hour notice.  

Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any sale or service purchased.  We strive to offer the best service and power-driven products in the industry.  If you are unsatisfied with a product or service, we will make every effort to rectify and accomidate your request whenever possible. Our mission is to represent the gold standard of therapeutic care in our industry.  Our first and most important goal is to provide the highest level of care possible to you, your family and friends. 

Private Party Cancellation Policy
A 15% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your private party date.  Due to the popularity and demand for Spa Therapy services, we would appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have booked a private party, a 7 day notice of cancellation is required. 
You will be held responsible for a fee of 50% of the total cancelled service if you have failed to give 7 day notice. Private Party Forms.

May I request a male or female therapist?
Of course.  Rest assured that every Spa Therapy therapist is respectful of your privacy & will drape your body properly.

Spa Etiquitte
Speak softly & arrive 10-15 minutes early for standard treatments.  If this is your first time, please arrive 30 minutes before your appointment; you will provide us with your personal medical history and we will acclimate you to the wellness center. Spa Therapy has provided a relaxing, tranquil, & therapeutic environment for our guests.  Therefore, it is necessary to keep our voices down as you enter the treatment area.  Please help us maintain this peaceful atomosphere by turning off your cell phone and speaking softly.  If you have come from work, you may wish to bring a change of clothes to continue your relaxation after your spa experience.  Your ‘wind-down’ time is important before and after your treatment.

Observe our minimum age
Spa Therapy is designed for use by adults only.  Guest must be 18 years old to use our facilities.  However, due to our re-habilitation treatments, it may be necessary to treat a minor. An adult must accompany any minor while they are receiving therapy.  The minor must leave immediately following therapy.

Do we travel to perform off-site treatments?
Yes!  We can come to your office, party site, event, or venue for any of our services.  The prices for off-site services include; 20% increase/service and travel charge of $4/mile.  Chair massage for groups is our most common request.  We can come to your office for 15 minute chair massage at $20/each.  Our one hour massage fee to the Sleep Train Amphitheater is $126.

What if I have special health considerations?
We have an extensive health history form, which needs to be completed prior to your first visit.  If your health history has changed over time, please notify the staff, and your history will be updated.  If you have any disabilities or are pregnant, please notify the staff before booking your appointment so we can accommodate your needs.  If you have any other health conditions, concerns, or questions, please let us know. For your comfort and safety, we recommend you do not comsume any alcoholic beverages during your spa visit, or immediately
before or after your treatments.
