Spa Therapy Private Party
Our team is honored to provide and coordinate all treatments, food, and pure spa enjoyment necessary for your event to be a hit! Spa Therapy can service a total of 7 guests simultaneously for treatments.
Our maximum group for a private party would be 14; two groups of 7 alternating between treatments rooms and our private ‘rain lounge’ equipped with steam room, hydrotherapy spa, and dining.
First, In order to schedule the event, the following will need to be provided.
1. 1 month to 2 weeks advance notice; this will ensure that you get your date you desire, the larger the party - the greater the notice required to guarantee a specific date.
2. The names and phone numbers of all the guests that will attend, please give all guests a history form provided in this packet.
3. A 20% deposit will need to be secured with a credit card. This deposit is refundable up to two weeks prior to the scheduled event.
4. A total number and type of treatments is required to schedule the event; all treatments need to be 1 hour minimum, the cost for each guest is $100/hr. This includes private lounge, lunch or appetizers, hydrotherapy and steam for all guest.
Second, in order to confirm the event, the following information is necessary no less than 1 week prior to the event.
1. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required 7 days prior to the event. Payment in-full is due on the day of service.
2. The deadlines for the schedule and confirm list must be met in order to properly coordinate any events at Spa Therapy.
We serve a healthy lunch, champagne, and 'Pure Inventions' liquid anti-oxidant in our fruit-infused water.
