Spa Therapy has gone green and developed a Coconut, Sweet Almond, Grape Seed & Prune Kernel oil blend, which is our massage medium, for your health.  The anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, anti-fungal, anti-oxidant & skin conditioning properties will maintain & improve the health of your skin.  Our Sweet Amond & Prune Kernel oil is produced locally by Taylor Brother Farms.  You can purchase the Prune Kernel oil here at Spa Therapy.

Medical Massage is ordered by your physician.  Medical massage can help you correct and facilitate soft tissue recovery before, during or after physical therapy, after surgery, or after a soft tissue injury.  We offer more than 35 years of experience, and the only medical massage instructor in the state of California.  We are care providers for medical massage by most insurance policies.  If you believe manual therapy can or has helped you, ask your doctor if this would be good for you.  Our program for manual therapy will include; manual massage specific to physician's orders, ultraviolet-infrared hydrotherapy, steam therapy, exercise, traction. spine mobilization, to name a few.  In addition, hypnotherapy, nutrition, and life coaching service are available to you with physician orders.  Prices from $90-$120.

Athletic Massage is designed to improve athletic performance, or aid in the recovery or rehabilitation of an athlete after an injury or event. You can upgrade to include AIS for maximum results.  Assisted Isolated Stretching (AIS) technique can offer immediate relief from acute or chronic pain and is the most popular for a recovery from injury and rehabilitation. This method of muscle and myofascial release uses active movement and reciprocal inhibition to achieve optimal flexibility; restoring full range-of-motion of muscles, tendons, vertebrae, ligaments, and joints

Soft Tissue Release treatment adapts techniques for working deeper and more effectively.  Relief from sciatic pain, low back pain, whiplash, thoracic outlet syndrome, slipped bicipital tendon, headaches, menstrual cramps, psoas tightness, and leg length imbalances can be achieved with the use of deep tissue therapeutic techniques.

ST Scalp Treatment is a exquisite addition to any massage, body or facial treatment.  Dermatologist approved proprietary blend of the most valuable essential oils for the scalp and hair. Relax while a warm stream of essential oils flow over your forehead and scalp. Our unique essential blend will stimulate your scalp and encourage hair growth and repair dry scalp.  Then, scalp massage and pressure point therapy will relieve stress for your whole body.  $25 

A Floor Shiatsu typical  session includes deep breathing stretches, acupressure massage, & deep relaxing myofascial release.  This unique discipline encompasses the best of gentle soft tissue release. This technique is utilized in professional sports to warm-up and release muscles prior to events.   Floor Shiatsu is performed on a comfortable floor table, and there is no need to remove your clothes for the maximum benefits of this treatment.          

Japanese Hot Stone Massage combines the use of heated stones and massage to achieve maximum relaxation, improve flexibility, and release deep muscle tension. Many clients report they retain the therapeutic benefits of heated stone massage longer than other techniques. Your muscle tension is sure to melt away.                  

Hot Stone Acupressure is a synergistic combination of two Asian therapies is the total body wellness treatment of the orient.  Acupressure heals by accessing the bioelectrical energy of the body. Hot stones will be placed on key points that will be customized for your maximum benefit.  We combine heated or cool stones & acupressure for the deepest relaxation, body-systemic balancing, & release of deep muscle tension.  Many clients report they receive deeper relaxation & stress reduction from this treatment, which last longer than other techniques.   

Vino Massage is a great way to wine-d down.  We will massage your body with the power anti-oxidant, grape seed oil and a local red wine reduction blend. This unique treatment provides additional phytonutrients. 

Pregnancy Massage is very special here.  We have the only pregnancy massage table in town!  You can lay comfortably on your stomach and get a real back massage all the way thru your pregnancy. Training + Massage
This treatment was developed for seniors.  Massage can offer seniors a number of benefits that will greatly improve their sense of health and wellbeing.  We naturally become less active as we age. This lack of physical activity can lead to the onset of other conditions which, if not dealt with, can greatly reduce their quality of life.  Massage can greatly assist in pain management and help increase range of motion. It also triggers natural joint lubrication, which is extremely important for those suffering from arthritis.  Our one-on-one exercise ‘Training + Massage Therapy’ has also shown promise by helping to increase strength, muscle coordination, flexibility, energy, and mental awareness.  It can also greatly improve one's posture by reducing muscle tension, which has the added benefit of assisting seniors with a higher quality of rest.

LED Hydrotherapy Spa

Relax & Rehab in our oversized spa.  This spa was custom designed by the owner, Jennifer Nag’y-Cordray, to provide a true therapeutic spa environment. Ultra-violet and Infra-red LED was adapted for ATP production.  ATP is necessary for any cell repair, heal, and regenerate.   And if that’s not enough, with our Thalassotherapy treatment the spa will provide a negative ion environment to support lymphatic drainage. Still more to enjoy, relax and watch the water fill from the ceiling!
