Polarity Therapy is a blend of modern science and complementary medicine. In the healing arts, Polarity Therapy is special in its comprehensive exploration of the different dimensions of the human condition (physical, mental and emotional). Polarity Therapy seeks to bridge the full spectrum of body, mind and spirit: the body is designed by nature to heal itself. Sessions usually take 60-90 minutes, does not require disrobing. It involves mostly light touch of different points of the body, applying hands on different areas, applying crystals on the front and then on the back of the body in order to release energy blocks, balance energy, clear and align. It also involves CranioSacral work. A Polarity session with a skilled practitioner will result in deep relaxation, state of mental and emotional clarity, feeling of inner balance and strength, release of physical pain as well as emotional. Continued sessions will assist client in maintaining focus and balance and continuation of enhanced and empowered personal growth. Learn more.

Postural Restoration is a form of physical therapy treatment that encompasses the entire body. The main focus of the treatment is in identifying and correcting common postural patterns found in the human body. By addressing the underlying postural patterns, we can more effectively treat, and at the same time teach how to prevent further injury. Postural Restoration is an effective treatment approach for most musculoskeletal problems typically seen in physical therapy. Postural Restoration (often referred to as PRI) treatment is an integrative and holistic approach. This method has a high success rate with no drugs, surgery or manipulation. Learn more.

Massage + Training
Massage can offer a number of benefits that will greatly improve their sense of health and well-being. We naturally become less active as we age. This lack of physical activity can lead to the onset of other conditions which, if not dealt with, can greatly reduce their quality of life. Massage can greatly assist in pain management and help increase range of motion. It also triggers natural joint lubrication, which is extremely important for those suffering from arthritis. Our one-on-one exercise ‘Training + Massage Therapy’ has also shown promise by helping to increase strength, muscle coordination, flexibility, energy, and mental awareness. It can also greatly improve one's posture by reducing muscle tension, which has the added benefit of assisting seniors with a higher quality of rest.

TENS & EMS is an acronym for Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation and is a method of therapy whereby electrical pulses are sent through your skin to activate nerve endings, effectively blocking the pain pathways to your brain. The concept is similar to taking a pain-killer, except that where drugs block pain chemically, TENS can block it mechanically. EMS is an acronym for Electrical Muscle Stimulation, and is effective against the weakening or atrophy of muscles, usually caused by trauma, surgery or long periods of inactivity. Together they offer pain relief and stimulate normal muscle function and healing. learn more.
